Both apartments are 55m² in size, with a terrace and a side balcony & are located on the upper floor of the house. 

Each apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms, and a sofa that can be extended into a 150×190 cm bed if needed.

Air conditioning units are individual for each separate unit.

The television is connected to a satellite dish.

Parking is available next to the house and is free of charge.

The sea and beach are 50 meters away, and the entire beach in the village is public.

During the high season, a pizzeria, bakery, and beach café on the pier are open in the village.
